What is the minimum stay?
The Old Rectory requires a minimum stay of two / three nights throughout the year.

How many guests can the house accommodate?
The house accommodates up to 15 guests across seven individually styled bedrooms, offering both generous shared spaces and private retreats.

Are celebrations and gatherings permitted?
Yes. The house is well suited to milestone birthdays, family reunions and special occasions. We simply ask that all plans are discussed in advance so we can ensure the setting is thoughtfully prepared.

Is the property suitable for children?
Families are very welcome. The gardens provide wonderful space to explore; however, as the property is set beside open water, children should be supervised at all times.

Attic Rooms
Bedrooms 2 and 5 are located on the second floor, reached by a steep staircase typical of period properties. Please bear this in mind when planning room arrangements.
